Let's say I have a site that displays a product catalogue. Obviously some product pages are going to be hit more frequently than others. My idea was that when I would hit the product data in the database, that I would update a 'hit count' in the product row. That way I could determine how long (if at all) to cache the page for that product. Then I thought, but wait while the page is cached, it won...

I have been working through the examples in the beta2 sdk. I am now working through the caching right now. Specifically, I am looking at the page fragment caching. The example with the sdk would lead me to believe that the time's listed in the page at http://localhost/quickstart/aspplus/samples/cache/VB/fragmentcache1.aspx would not be the same, yet these time's are the same.
