| I'm having problems running aspx scripts off of my server, I installed the sdk, a new MDAC, and the framework, I set up my IIS, everything seems to work fine, however when I try to browse to my directory and run the .aspx file, it prompts me to download the file instead of running it off the server, what am I doing wrong??? | Hello gang. I am trying to save a VB application as a .txt file using the Common Dialogue box. I have been able to set the properties of the Common Dialogue box for saving as a .txt file but when I try saving the VB Application to my hardrive it is not saved. Any suggestions? Also, is the usage of the Common Dialogue box for saving a VB App to a .txt file the best way for doing so? Thank you Ken |

| I test pages on my local system, but recently this has stopped working. The most recent thing I did was install VS 6, but I am not sure if that was the cause or not. I have gone as far back as I could think, uninstalling vs 6, vs.net, framework, and IIS. | Hi I installed VS.NET on amachine that already had win 2K and SQL Sever 2000. All seemed to work and then I run the command that configures the quickstart tutorials after that all database access fails with a message "SQL Server does not exist or access denied". My SQL server is running. I think that MSDE is installed during configuration but I can't see it. Any help appreciated Thanks Hassan |
