ASP.NET and Vignette?

Hi all,

A while ago my parent company wanted us to use Vignette but we decided
against it because a consultant told us people used JSP and TCL mainly. Now
I see a list that implys you can use ASP.NET - does this mean Vignette can
be used with ASP.NET out of the box?

Can anyone give me a bit of background?

The ASP.net list was created for talking about the future mostly at this
point. You can currently use ASP classic with Vignette, and many clients do.
That is a bummer that the consultant told you differently.

From all my connversations with my Vignette contacts, there are two paths
for the future: .net and j2ee. So... while the list may be early, it is
definately valid.
