MessageI need a function in Oracle SQL to rounded a number but always to the max.

Example:
if the number is 0,1 the function must return 1
if the number is 0,9 the function must return 1

I tried with ROUND but it doesn't work because when the number is 0,1 the returned value is 0

Or the compliment of that Ceiling, which would take .1 and .9 to 1
