There are no built-in classes for retrieving POP3 email. The only
classes that are built in are the SmtpMail and SmtpServer classes, which
are used for sending SMTP mail.

There are samples of doing POP3 in .NET in the user area of
GotDotNet.com. Unfortunately, they're all based on the Betas, so you may
need to do some tweaking:

You could also check out SoftArtisans' POP3 control for .NET:
