Is there any information on Jscript.net, syntax, references, component
handling references, announced books etc. Are there any Jscript.net Hac's
out here.. and why.

The only stuff I have seen is in the quickstarts:

http://www.dotnetjunkies.com/quickstart/aspplus/

on the right hand side theres a dropdownlist that has the sentence "I want
my samples in..." to the left of it. Choose JScript. This is probably the
best place for now?

Sorry I couldn't be more help!

Thanks,

Donny Mack, MCSD

When you install .NET you can find a lot of information about JScript.NET in
the documentation (Start-Program-Microsoft .Net Framework
SDK-Documentation).
Once you load the documentation look under:
.NET Framework SDK
.NET Framework Reference
.NET Framework Compiler and Language Reference
JScript

There is lots of information there.

HTHs,
Brian

Hi,

If you are running Visual Studio.NET Beta 2, that link should be there
and it should contain information about JScript.NET (although it is not
complete at this point in time).

What do you see at that location?

What steps EXACTLY do you take to get there?

Can you see any other documentation?

Are you sure you are using .NET Framework help and not the VS help?
JScript exists in the VS help but I believe it is at a different
location.

I don't know what to say. I'm running beta 2 and the documentation for
JScript.NET is pretty full.
Do you have Visual Studio.NET Beta 2 install (not just the framework)?

You should still get the JScript.NET documentation even if you only
install the SDK.

I'll double check with our documentation team to see if it's at a
different location in the tree or something.
