There are attributes to set background and foreground color i.e. backcolor
and forecolor.
But I can't find the one for backimage.
How to put "image" background into a table or cell?

Use the BackImageUrl property.

MyTable.BackImageUrl = "/images/bgimage.gif";
or
<asp:Table runat="server" BackImageUrl="/images/bgimage.gif">
