There are two pretty good ones that are avail:

The Class Viewer web app is part of the quickstart stuff:
http://www.eraserver.net/quickstart/aspplus/samples/classbrowser/vb/classbro
wser.aspx

There's also a utility that gets installed with the SDK called Windows Class
Viewer (WinCV.exe) in the bin folder:
Program Files\Microsoft.Net\FrameworkSDK\Bin

The web one is easier to play with, the EXE is more extensive.
