Has anyone had any problem with not being able to debug
anymore. I don't think I did anything out of the ordinary, but
when I start my project and set a breakpoint it doesn't hit my
breakpoint anymore. Is this a glitch in the beta version?

Welcome to the jungle. My suggestion would be to either not trying to debug
anymore or simply uninstall everything and wait for the final release. If
you ever manage to get debugging working again it will be a miracle because
I have spent days trying to get mine to work again. I had the same problem:
debugging was working fine then suddenly stopped. I've tried everything I
can think of to make it work again: recreated users, uninstalled/reinstalled
IIS, uninstalled/reinstalled .NET several times, uninstalled/reinstalled
VS.net, changed authentication modes on IIS, removed all authentication on
IIS (so anyone in the world could hit the server), checked server extensions
on IIS, rebuilt IIS metadata, verified debugging asp.net was turned on in
the project, verified debugging was turned on in config.web... I finally
just uninstalled .NET and am waiting for a fix/patch/solution to come out.

If you (or anyone) finds a solution be sure to post it. I'd love to be able
to do more .NET stuff one day.

If you read the README for beta 2, it says that it has only been tested
on a clean install onto a hard disk. It has not been tested with
uninstalling beta 1 and then installing Beta 2. That's one reason why I
am not installing Beta 2 on my notebook, in case there is the same
advice going to beta 3!

Hello,

I'm not sure if you tried this, but when we were having the same problem
here, it turned out that he had inadvertently disabled debugging for his
project. (This is in Visual Studio, btw...)
Under the properties for the project under Debugging there is a checkbox to
enable ASP.NET debugging.
Make sure this is checked.
This will become unchecked if you answer yes a prompt from VS after trying
to debug once and failing for any reason. (for instance having debug
mode="false" in the web.config)
I am attaching screenshots, I don't know if they will show up or not.

HTH,
Kevin
