I don't have a firm answer for you but can you tell me if your web
application project Url is a fully qualified domain name or localhost?

Paul

Thank you Filipe. I asked because I am having the same problem, I've
been contacted by Microsoft to help them recreate this and I wanted to
make sure your issue was my issue. If you change your web project
settings to localhost, debugging should work. (you can edit the project
file and solution file in notepad to make this change) I'll let you know
what comes out of my dealings with MS on this issue.
