El problema es el siguiente.
Agrego un Web Service, que esta publicado en otro servidor y necesito
agregarlo a un proyecto en mi maquina.
Lo Agrego como Web Reference a mi proyecto. Trato de instanciarlo en mi
proyecto como si fuera una DLL de mi maquina pero me envia un error al
instanciarlo.

Si alguien sabe, se lo agradeceria.

el problema ocurre cuando estas detras de un proxy
tienes que crear un objeto proxy y agregarlo a tu
clase
mira esta discusion:
si tu proxy te solicita un password crea un objeto
credential y se lo pasas al proxy
dave me dio la respuesta mas acertada
alli estoy utilizando un web service que le doy un
numero de isbn de un libro y me retorna el precio y
varias cosas mas.

2) Podrias mandar las lineas de codigo que esta utilizando para instanciar
el web services?
