Oracle 9i OLEDB Conn in .NetA couple of things.
1. The error that you are getting leads me to believe that there is some conflict between the System.Data.OleDb namespace and variable called OleDbConnection. I would suggest changing the name of the variable to oledbCn, or something like that. Do you have System.Data.OleDb properly setup as a reference to this application?
2. I don't think that your 'Data Source' name is setup correctly. Typically, the data source name is the name setup in TNSNames.
