Alex S. Sachetti

Curious, a great developer, El Guille, who since 1996 publishes FREE
SOURCE CODE, wrote an article dealing with coloring code just a year ago!
And more: he has published the source code entirely and for free!

The VB.Net version: http://guille.costasol.net/NET/vb/HTMCodeColor.htm

There´s a VB6 version too:

So, really don't mind if Mr. Scott have "a couple of reasons" to not
publish "your" code.
