My PC has its regional setting set to UK. This means I get the datetimes in
DD/MM/YY format in visual studio when I use the NOW function.
However if I use NOW in ASP.NET on the same PC , I get it in MM/DD/YY format
- ie USA format

Is there some other setting I have to change to make ASP.NET return the date
correctly

something like

System.web.ui.currentculture = new system.globalization.cultureinfo("en-US")

current culuture affects date formats... current UI Culture is for bringing
back a specific language label with the resource manager.

web.config file
