aspngwebmatrix: A minor irritant

The walkthroughs have a minor problem, which is probably not a problem in
Matrix itself but I expect that it will irritate people trying to work along
the guides. If you run the file you're creating, sometimes it uses the
window that is displaying the guide rather than another window.

Also, in the guide's secion on using the on-line control gallery, when I run
the XMLgrid example I do not see the images for editing and deleting rows.
The text is there and the buttons work fine, just no images.

Thank you for your feedback. This is actually a browser issue...in IE
5.5 and above, you can go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced and
disable the "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" option to stop this
behaviour.

As to the XmlEditGrid images, this is a known issue.
