Sure, just click on the HTML tab and add the necessary code to point to an
external style sheet. You can set the CssClass property of the various
controls to styles you have defined in the external style sheet.

Something like...
<link href="/sitestyles.css" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" />

I already have a line referencing a CSS file on my ASPX file.... and when I
run the app in IE it uses the styles....
what I meant was that in the matrix's desing window the controls don't use
the styles.. i'm using the cssClass property, for example :

<asp:Label text="login" cssClass="form_title" runAt="server" />
