Hi guys,
I know how to do an "alert" in javaScript.

How do I make a pop-up box in .net that has <ok> and <cancel> buttons and
can
positon the box at a specifc position?

Thanks

This issue has come up MANY times before.

First, understand ASP.NET is *still a server technology* and not on the
client. SO, to do a pop-up, you will still need javascript. After
realizing that, you can use the good ol' alert(), or create a custom
HTML page that pops-up in response to a javascript call.

But you *can't* use ASP.NET to show a messagebox, alert window, yes/no
window, etc. using the built-in objects like MessageBox.Show() --- those
functions are executing on the server and unless you have a server
administrator sitting there all day clicking OK or CANCEL, then you'll
be in trouble.

that said... the window.confrim() method is the one which offers
"ok/cancel", as opposed to window.alert(), which only shows the "ok".
