May we know what do you mean by private. Can you please eloborate this?
Also, are you talking about the bcc field?

No, I do not mean the Bcc field.

By private I mean: in MS Outlook you have an option "Sensitivity" what you can set to "private". If you send an e-mail with this option set only the receiver can read it (and not his secretary, assistant or any other person who has permission to read the receiver`s Inbox).

Look at the headers for a message sent this way and see if there is one
relating to this setting. AFAIK, it is not a standard, so it may be
outlook / exchange only.

By default, sensitivity is normal. All other options for sensitivity are
well received by all mailing programs around the net. All programs
understood sensitivity personal, confidential and also private.
Eudora, lotus notes and outlook accepts sensitivities options for delivery a
mail
