Tim, one suggestion: you should encourage folks to use ISO standard =
language codes from ISO 639-2 to describe languages in their =
applications. Remembering that 'N' means Dutch might not be so obvious =
as NL, nor that it doesn't mean Norwegian (NO).

I'm surprised that the .NET framework doesn't include a standard =
mechanism for I18N like Java 2 does. Perhaps the intrinsic support for =
XML makes this less important?
