You need to find the white papers (11pages) crnet_deployment.pdf on
http://support.crystaldecisions.com .
There you will learn to generate a setup which has to be run on foreign
server to install runtime files of CR.

Our intranet is developed by .net. The crystal report viewer works fine
on
my development pc, but while publish it (via project copy) to intranet
web
server, it reports error:
"Parser Error Message: File or assembly name
CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, or one of its dependencies, was
not
found."

I've deploy my report on our intranet web server successfully.

A bit more not mentioned on document, I need set permission of =
"c:\Program
Files\Microsft Visual Studio .Net\Crystal Reports\Viewers". This folder =
is
created automatically by setup program.
