I have a VB.Net program that reads an Outlook mailbox and parses thru
emails. Everytime I execute it, I get a dialog box coming up in Outlook
that says, "A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this?". It then lets you select how long you
want this to occur. I need to run this job unattended. Does anyone know
how to eliminate this dialog box?

You are facing a feature of the Outlook Security module. This is built
into Outlook 2000 SP2 and Outlook 2002 to prevent malicious code
harvesting the address book data and spread viruses via Outlook. There
is no work around if you don't run an Exchange server as backend.
