I'm trying to search a linked table in MS Access - the actual table resides
on another computer on our network. When I try to get to the data, I get
the error>
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine
cannot open the file '\\ea-itst-g150-10\dbtest\test.mdb'. It is already
opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

/testres.asp, line 47
I don't have the DB open at all. I got this error in the past when I had
the database open in design view.

If I run my script in the browser on the web server itself, it fetches the
data. On any other computer, I get the error.

It seems to be a permissions problem. I've opened the share, folder, and MDB
wide open.

By default ASP.Net can not access remote Access DB.
