For some reason I can not get output caching to work. I have tested the
feature using code from the quickstart tutorial:

but it does not work. I get fresh pages with each request.
It is interesting to note that the sample that gotdotnet provides is not
functioning as it should:

Why is output caching not working for me? Does anyone have an idea. Am I
experience the same problem as gotdotnet, whatever that might be?
I am running Visual Studio .Net Enterprice Edition (Beta 2)

MessageHave you loaded ASP.NET Premium, from www.asp.net?

That is required, as the version included with Visual Studio DOES NOT include this and some other features.
