Hi All

Can anyone help me with the following problem:
I am trying to log onto an Oracle 8.0.5 database using ASP.NET running
Oracle 8.1.7 Client.
The application don't seem to find the created System DNS. Can anyone please
HELP.

I can connect to the DB using the Client with no problems.

Hi walter,

Check http://www.connectionstrings.com/ and be sure that aspnet local
windows account has NTFS read privileges to Oracle bin folder.
