I have loaded an assembly using Assembly.Load[] (reflection) and a method named "MyMethod" in this assembly. I want to know the .cd or .vb filename and the line number on which this method is being declared, as VS.NET uses the .PDB files to read this information while debugging.

I am not sure but you might be able to use DIA SDK for it. But, you will
probably be better off writing it in C++.
