Hi,

I have an installer which installs a web project in a webfolder and a
another project in the Program Files folder. This all works great except for
the fact that both projects share a common assembly which is only installed
in one location. In my installation project i've set the install project
output for each of the two folder locations. However it appears that because
the same assembly only appears in the dependicies list once you can't have
it installed in the 2 locations.

I do not wish to add this assembly to the global assembly cache, nor do i
wish to manually select the file to add to the folder because it seems like
a huge bodge to me, is there a way to have the installer install this file
in the two locations ?

Hi Mikkel,

Sorry for the long delay - i've been on holidays. I ended up creating merge
modules for some of the things that i wanted to install, and this allowed me
to get around the problem.
