With no rhyme or reason, I inconsistently get the DllNotFoundException,
"Unable to load dll 'aspnet_isapi.dll'" when I attached to an existing
process to debug it.

However, this doesn't always occur, and when it does isn't obvious to me.

I am running Whidbey beta

Make sure that you are not running out of non-interactive desktop heap
space. Sometimes that can cause weird errors to appear. Just a thought.

This is the memory allocated by window for applications run in other
desktops on the same machine (for e.g. when you have a user associated with
a process (such as a service) you will end up using this desktop). Anyway,
if the memory is too low (usually its at 512K), sometimes you can see some
errors. I am not sure if this related to the problem you are seeing are not
but its better to check it out. Google for this.
