Using Windows Update or downloading and trying to install
NDP1.1sp1-KB8670-X86.EXE when the installer is run I get an error message
that says:

SL4.tmp - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services.

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id = 0xf2c (3884), Thread id=0xf8x (3980).

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

I've tried booting in safemode - still doesn't work. Any ideas?
