If someone has a phone equipped with a Microsoft mobile operating system, is
it possible for a .NET Alert to be sent to that phone without the need for
SMS?

I haven't tried this out but there is a service known as Microsoft
Notification Server which allows message to be transmitted to any MS Mobile
explorer...

Pls try out and also let me know...
