Hi,

I have a Bitmap object and a Graphics object created from the Bitmap
object. I need to draw a grid with width 15cm, height 10 cm and 1cm between
two lines.
The size of the grid needs to be independent of screen sizes and
resolutions. How to do it? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you doing this as a web app? If so, then I'm afraid you're not going
to get the result you want. Even if you detect the client resolution with
client-side script and pass it back, you're not going to know the screen
size. Unless you build a client ActiveX object (or a winform control that
can run in IE), you're not going to get the screen size... even then, it's
doubtful. Besides, most monitors have controls that let you expand/contract
the display, twist and turn, etc.
My point here is that no matter how hard you try, you can't always account
for the client display size. Why do you need to do this?

Regards,

Peter

You can use CM as a unit of measurement, but dont expect it to be accurate
when displayed!
