Does anyone know when ODBC .Net Data Provider be RELEASED?

I have a project which should be released before February 15th, 2002. I
built them under .Net and expect the final Release before Feb. I was
surprised that ODBC .Net Data Provider is not released yet. I can not
convert my application from Beta 2 to final release because I do need ODBC
connection. Who know when it will be released?
